I ordered this fall of last year. When February rolled around and all I got were the occasional "promise it's coming" messages. I started suspecting I'd been scammed.
After another two months. I left a poor review and reached out to support for a refund. Late March. I finally received a full refund after the seller strong armed me into upgrading my review. I added a star then because they offered to send the product anyway (which I was still suspicious as to whether it was made at all. but reluctantly decided it wouldn't hurt anything to try).

The item finally arrived today. 4.20.24. after 6 mo's and too much hassle.
It's pretty. my partner loves it. but I'm never ordering from them again after the unnecessary hell it took to get it in the first place. Months of headaches for no reason.

This wrist rest is fantastic. Shipping took quite awhile from overseas. but that was no fault of the seller. Worth the wait and I'm very happy with my purchase.

The item is gorgeous... It did take a lot longer to come than originally estimated but the seller was super great at communicating and updating me on the process. I would highly recommend. Just expect the shipping time to be much longer than it says.
