The item was a gift for my sister for Christmas. She liked it a lot, but the light doesn't work. She collects lamps and that was pretty disappointing to her. Beautiful piece, too bad it doesn't work.

The epoxy night light, predominantly orange'ish as pictured, is a beautiful product, beautiful wood, interesting and unique - great concept. My only issue (slight) is that the lower part where it is clear epoxy with white wispy swirls seems to be pretty sparse with the wispy swirls making the lower part too clear, unlike the piece pictured. Also, it is VERY difficult to open the held-held remote control unit to insert a battery. I've had the product for about 3 days, often trying to get this thing open, but have not yet succeeded. Aside from that the overall product is well made. I would order it again, but I would also be more specific to the manufacturer with my desires, choice of wood etc. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars but the website won't allow this.
