The keycap looks amazing and the design is beautiful!

The keycap looks amazing and the design is beautiful! However, the stem's "+" hole was too large so the keycap refused to stay on my switches.

Customer service was fantastic! They had offered multiple solutions on how to fix the issue with my flawed product. (I had used electrical tape on the stem for the keycap to stay in place.)
